Case Overview
This case covers customized flanged quartz tube batch production for an overseas semiconductor equipment manufacturer. The client needed high-sealing, high-temperature resistant fused silica tubes with integrated quartz flanges for their CVD reaction chamber and high-temperature annealing furnace.
